Junior Runway Australia
Junior Runway Australia takes place twice a year in Melbourne and will return with two exciting, high energy, runway shows featuring a range of kids’ and teen fashion on Sunday, 11 October.
Our runway events provide a unique opportunity for brands to be featured in a fast paced, professionally produced runway show and they also give young models a platform to showcase their talent on the runway.

Ready to take your brand from the rack to the runway?
Junior Runway Australia is always looking for new brands to collaborate with. Brand partners are promoted across our social media platforms and at our events, including logo placement on the runway screen and media wall. Brands also receive professional photography and videography from the event, which they can use across their own social media channels.

Information for Talent
Modelling experience is not essential to take part in a Junior Runway Australia show. All kids and teens participating in one of our runway shows receive professional training from our runway coaches. Models will learn runway choreography, stage positioning, timing, and backstage procedures, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable, and performance-ready on show day.
We are all about having fun and building confidence! If your child or teen loves to perform or be in the spotlight, why not apply to take part in JRA?
Our day show is for younger models and features a range of kids brands. This show is shorter, more relaxed and is perfect for kids and teens, aged 7 - 15 years, or those with less runway, modelling or elite dance experience. Our night show is for older models and features teen and adult brands. This is longer, more demanding show and is best suited to teens aged 13 - 18. When selecting models to take part in this show, preference will be given to older applicants or those with with runway, modelling or elite dance experience.
Building a Community for Kids & Teens
In addition to our two large-scale runway events each year, Junior Runway Australia also hosts school holiday workshops and mini runway experiences throughout the year. These smaller events are designed to build confidence, develop runway skills, and foster a supportive, creative community where kids and teens can express themselves, make new friends, and grow in a safe and encouraging environment.
